Outdoors: Twin Arches, Big South Fork National Recreation Area, Oneida

Y’all Spring has officially Sprung in East Tennessee!

It’s going to be 80 degrees today so in honor of Sunshine we took the boys up North to Fentress County and Big South Fork National Recreation Area to see the incredible Twin Arches.  It was an even match. Their two Arches versus our Two.

Big South Fork is a truly beautiful area full of mountains, rivers and natural landmarks that captivate Tennesseans of all ages.  At over 125,000 acres and covering parts of Tennessee and Kentucky, there is simply too much to do in one day. The City of Oneida and the Big South Fork Country tourism agency do a phenomenal job of highlighting the area and all its wonders.

We can’t wait to head back later this Spring now that the historic Victorian town of Rugby is officially open for the year and it id just down the road from the famous Gentlemen’s Swimming Hole that has been used by townspeople for over 100 years!

Happy Easter Weekend. Y’all go be Tennesseans this week and see what your great state has to offer!
