Everyone in Tennessee knows about the Lodge family and their patented process that makes the best cast iron skillet in the World.  In recent years, they opened this super cool museum that connects to the foundry and includes a detailed and interactive history of the fabled Lodge Cast Iron brand and now includes an Big Bad Breakfast for those of us that like incredible strong coffee and good Southern Breakfasts.

My wife has family that go way back in this community and it is so awesome to see how South Pittsburg has developed into a must see destination for anyone traveling to Nashville or Huntsville.

Y’all go be Tennesseans this week and whatever you do, don’t use soap on your cast iron please!
