Hot Slaw USA!!!

What an incredible day in Cleveland for the 3rd annual Hot Slaw Festival celebrating Tennessee’s newest addition to the official Tennessee State Food list! I got the t-shirt and had my pic taken with the official mascot which was cool.

After some hardwork by a bunch of great folks like my good friend and America’s Mayor Kevin Brooks, Chairman Dan Howell and Senator Adam Lowe, the Tennessee legislature added the omnipresent Cleveland topping to the list that includes the famous Nashville hot chicken.

This day long festival brings an incredible community together to support art, Hot Slaw and the vibrant City of Cleveland.  It has been awesome to watch it grow under the leadership of city Mayor Brooks and Bradley County Mayor Gary Davis.
