Eats: Taqueria Jalisco - ANIA, Chattanooga

There are a ton of really great culinary options on Main St in Chattanooga Downtown but Taqueria Jalisco - ANIA might be my kids favorite. (Daddy’s is still the great Zarzour’s).

Opened originally as an incredibly successful taco truck in 2005, Taqueria Jalisco ANIA has continually evolved and grown into a cool space as of a couple years back offering traditional Mexican fare that is a favorite of locals and tourists alike.

Chattanooga, Tennessee has evolved so much over the last 25 years and there are so many different ethnic backgrounds residing in our vibrant community. We have gone from a Main Street area full of closed up businesses and dilapidated buildings but not any more. Tax revenues are being generated and bellies are being filled. We truly live in the best state.

Y’all go be Tennesseans this week and see what your great state has to offer!
