Eats: Trolinger’s, Paris

Happy Monday Y’all!

The best BBQ in all of Tennessee is in Henry County at Trolinger’s in Paris. Skip all the chains, drive four hours, do whatever you have to do.

The BBQ is located in the back of a general store and gas station next to the butcher shop.  I would put their pork and sauce (yes, I realize people get mad if you use it but don’t knock a book by its cover) against any I have ever had.

Trolinger’s has been part of this awesome community for decades and it is all that is right about our great state. It is the kind of place you hope still exists in a small town.

Y’all go be Tennesseans this week and see what your great state has to offer. Pray for East Tennessee in the wake of Helene. They need help.
