Attraction: Columbia, Tennessee

Our family has come to cherish our trips to Mule Town in Maury County. My Dad graduated Columbia Military and played football here losing his spleen after taking a hit across the middle.

My grandad has eluded to it being more serious than Dad ever let on and he underwent emergency surgery that night. 

Columbia is a cool town with a revitalized downtown all centered around the beautiful Courthouse Square.  One of the family favorites is Ted’s Sporting Goods that has literally everything you might need in an outdoor situation in addition to the best logo in Middle Tennessee. 

On this trip, we took the boys to the new Gold’s Deli that rivals anything I have ever had anywhere in the world and did our best to check out all the goings on in the Factory and we checked out the Polk House before we headed back home from an excellent day trip.
