Attraction: Incline Mountain Railway, Chattanooga

A little post New Year local touristing with my wife and the boys to the historic Lookout Mountain Incline Railway up the foot of Lookout Mountain is always a great adventure.

At over 125 years old, this local landmark is one of the steepest fixed inclines in the world and a family favorite for generations.

After a renovation with new incline cars in 2020, the Incline remains one of the safest and most fun activities you can have in Hamilton County.
